1 Introduction

• You are responsible for selecting a strong, unique password and for keeping that password confidential.
• j8888 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Any request for your password claiming to be from j8888 should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify j8888 support immediately and change your password without delay.
• j8888 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) documentation at any point, including before processing any withdrawal request.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals
